“Roasters” are over 2.5” and make wonderful roasted garlic.  After roasting the garlic it spreads like butter.  

These large bulbs also have really large cloves which make great seed.

Music garlic is a beautiful dark purple garlic of the porcelain variety.  Each bulb contains 5-6 cloves. The garlic is chemical free and disease resistant.
