Dehydrated Garlic Instructions

 

  1. Peel garlic cloves.
  2. Slice cloves very thinly or run through the slicer of a food processor.
  3. Lay sliced cloves onto racks of a dehydrator.
  4. Dehydrate for 10-12 hours.
  5. Dehydrated garlic is ready when pieces snap when bent.
