Garlic Scape Pesto
Garlic Scape Pesto can be used in many recipes including on pasta, on bruschetta on pizza.
- 1/2 cup of sliced garlic scapes
- 1/2 cup of fresh basil
- 1/2 cup of parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup of pine nuts
- 1/2 cup of olive oil
- juice from 1/2 a lemon
- salt and pepper to taste
- Mix all ingredients in food processor and puree to desired texture.
- Serve on cooked noodles, on top of pizza or on bruschetta.
