Roasted Garlic can be used as a spread or mashed into potatoes.
- Bulb of garlic
- Olive oil
- Preheat the oven at 400°F.
- Remove loose paper from around the bulb. Leave additional paper layers covering the bulb.
- Slice the top 1/4" off the bulb.
- Drizzle olive oil over the bulb.
- Wrap the bulb in aluminum foil or set in garlic roaster and put in the oven.
- Cook for 40 minutes.
- Serve on fresh sliced baguette or mash into potatoes.
