Roasted Garlic

Roasted Garlic can be used as a spread or mashed into potatoes.


  • Bulb of garlic
  • Olive oil


  1. Preheat the oven at 400°F.
  2. Remove loose paper from around the bulb. Leave additional paper layers covering the bulb.
  3. Slice the top 1/4" off the bulb.
  4. Drizzle olive oil over the bulb.
  5. Wrap the bulb in aluminum foil or set in garlic roaster and put in the oven.
  6. Cook for 40 minutes.
  7. Serve on fresh sliced baguette or mash into potatoes.
