Not a fan of the intensity of garlic cloves? Garlic scapes are the green shoots that grow out of garlic, and they're known for their mild yet distinct taste. Known to lower blood pressure and boost the immune system, they can be the perfect addition to soups, hummus, pesto, salads, and a whole lot more.

Music Garlic

Music garlic is a hardneck variety that's among the most popular amongst chefs for a number of good reasons. The skin is easy to peel, helping you get your meal prepared faster. It also features a long shelf life, a plus when buying wholesale. Uncooked, it's spicy, and it's well-known for its uniquely aromatic qualities when heat is applied.

Fun fact- music garlic derives its name from tobacco farmer Al Music who became a garlic farmer and introduced the variety to Canada.

Russian Red Garlic

Easily recognizable by its light-purple skin, Russian Red garlic thrives in damp soils. Each bulb contains around 6-9 cloves, and the variety is renowned as being one of the most flavorful garlics. With more cloves per bulb than average and the need to use less bulbs when cooking, Russian Red gives you excellent bang for your buck.

Duganski Garlic - (Not Available in 2023)

If you're in the market for a garlic with the strongest flavour and large bulbs, look no further than the Duganski garlic variety. You'll recognize it by its distinct purple cloves, and it produces a rich, earthy flavor that takes meals like soups, tomato sauces, and chili to new levels.
